This is a trophy winner Street rod with class!! It's an original 1940 General Motors all steel cab. Sitting on a 1972 Chevy frame with independent front suspension and a coilover Chevy Monte Carlo rear. A 1972 Corvette LT-1 crate engine provides the power and a 350 crate turbo/automatic sends it to the rear. It has an all steel custom fabricated bed with a functional tailgate. BMW leatherworks does the sitting and interiors. It's got tilt/cruise, power steering, drum brakes. This rod is light and fast!! It rolls nice and straight at any speed. I left it in black prime so that the new owner could decide which color will do best. It took me 2 years to put this rod together.
