Selling my daily driver: 1956 all Ford pickup. 302 c.i. motor, A.O.D. transmission, front clip from Mercury Montego providing power steering, power brakes: discs on the front and drums on 8 inch rear. Power windows. New in 2008: VDO gauges with custom oak insert, Vintage Air/Heat, Ron Francis wiring, and AM/FM/CD radio. Wood in bed is good. Truck is all steel except for widened rear fenders which are fiberglass. Interior matches exterior color scheme of white with purple flames. GM column with column shift. Solid bed cover. Hood converted to front tilt. Retro Cadillac air cleaner on engine painted to match truck. Truck drives great. It's been together though a long time and is ready for rust repair and repaint. Some rust bubbling up on tops of front fenders, starting to show on bottoms of doors, area of cowl on cab on both sides, the usual places.
