This 1991 Dutchmen RV has a good solid haul drop, hitch extender, tow bars & extend arms for easy no sway tow. This 30 foot camper is very usable needing just minor cosmetics such as carpet or vinyl flooring. It has 2 cupboards in the kitchen needing new doors refacing & main entrance door has crack in window. Otherwise many upgrades including new septic & water hookups plus brand new spare mounted. Heat, air, gas stove & fridge, also runs electric. The backup battery runs entire camper during electric outage.

There is an open plan double sink kitchen room for table & chairs, open living room couch & chair, room tv, etc. Huge closets to bedroom with built in bed frame & nightstand with sketched glass cupboards. I also just bought a brand new never used floor screen room & newer awning top, but awning arms have been removed at this time.

Great deal for the monies! I have it rock bottom and will not negotiate price. Also, this camper has no rust.
