6/2/2015 Atlanta, Georgia - Up for sale is a 1991 Chevy Step Van Grumman made P30 hot dog truck with only 14,000 miles on it. Nice clean all stainless steel truck. The equipment inside is all stainless as well. On the serving side left of the serving window is the steam table. I have all the pots and the warmer they are not in the picture but it does come with them. In front of the serving window is a counter and under that is draws on both sides. To the right of the window is a built in stainless steel cooler you put ice in it for the drinks to keep the drinks cold. There is a plug to drain out the water. Above that is shelving. On the drivers side behind the drivers seat is 3 sinks above the sinks is the water tank that is enclosed with stainless steel. To the left of that is a counter and under that is an electric hot water tank. Next to the counter is a flat grill, above the grill is a hood vent and to the left of that is a table that could be used for a coffee urn. I don't have the coffee urn.

The steam table, grill and the hook up for the coffee urn runs off propane. The hot water tank is electric you will need a generator to work the hot water tank, lights and outlets in the truck. The burners for the steam table fire up. The waste water tank is located under the truck. Not sure how many gallons it holds.

The dimensions of the truck:
Inside height is 6 feet 1 inch by width of 82 inches the length from the back of the drivers seat is 11 feet.
Outside the truck is 19 feet long by 6 feet 6 inches wide.
Truck is being sold as is.
