Made by California Catering truck & Food Cart Manufacturing. 1998 Professional Custom built food cart. Tandam axle with spare tire, three stablizing jacks, windows to see through cart. Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Churros, tacos, French Fries, Chicken, Corn Dogs, Popcorn, Snowcones.
3 onboard ice boxes.

Concession Cart features..
- One 24"x24" star griddle, propane fired, two U shape burners for even heating.

- One 21" x 21"x 21"cook/Heat box with three shelves and a Churro maker. Glass doors, this will heat any pre-cooked item packaged or not. U shaped burner for even heating.

- One 26" x 36"h 22"d steamer box with two shelves that are bun warmers, will hold 12 packages of buns. Also two full size steam pans in bottom. Full size will steam over 200 hot dogs, with flat lids and high top lids on the steam pans. Can buy 1/2 or 1/3 size pans to fit in this spot as well for separation of items being heated. U shaped burner for even heating.

- New paragon commercial grade snow cane maker with Snow cane spoon, cone cups, and funnel to form the top of the snow canes.

- New Waring pro grade popcorn maker, 8 oz. kettle. Stainless steel popcorn scoop and measuring cups too. One case of 36-8oz. prepackaged popcorn with oil, butter, and spice kits. Pour it in and push the start button. Can pop a package every three minutes.

- New Northern Tool industrial two well, three basket propane deep fryer with temp gauge, and server mittens. Guide for deep frying about 40 items. Oil temps and cook times. Fryer can be couter top or freestanding.

- New, 5 1/2 cubic foot Kenmore chest deep freeze that onboard cart power inverter can run up to 12 hours without generator or shore power.

- New four 6 volt deep cycle batteries that power a top of the line trace 24 volt power inverter/charger system. DR series inverter. Can power snow cone maker, two on board lights, water pump, for a coffee maker or can be used for filling the steamer.

- Also has 60 gallons of fresh water storage, 40 gallon cold, and 20 gallon hot. Three 20 gallon grey water holding tanks. Gravity fed cold and hot water sink. Propane fired water heater.

- Four 8 gallon propane storage tanks. Three 5 gallon propane storage tanks. 47 total gallons of propane storage. Enough for a month of operation. All propane lines are upgraded with extended rubber hoses for easy replacement.

- Two stainless steel 6’L x 30” W prep tables with lower shelves. Tables have matching skirting, umbrellas that match cart.

- Cart has two more 8ft x 2ft tables, one holds condiments. In tote condiments are in stainless steel canisters with glass lids. This is the best for the order table. Low for easy access for kids to build hot dogs or hamburgers.

- One is for the rear of the cart. It holds the two 150 quart Coleman coolers. They are new and hold over 400 cans of soda to sell.

- New Four 5x7’ red tarps that match the skirting kit. Also, have a snap set to build new or replace snaps on skirting. Skirting is new and very durable.

- Two chaffing tables/pans one full size, one half size and new case of 24 Brunson burners still in box.

- New – Nine chip rack that hold 108 bags of chips or other snacks. Nine racks that hold 12 bags each. They can hang anywhere around cart.

- New – Two 3 gallon juice dispensers. These are great sealed off ice holders to keep juice cold but not dilute it down. Easy to refill.

- New - fruit container/display.

- Ne w- 24” x 13” stainless rack with 3 shelves.

- New - 24” x 24” green plastic coated display/supply rack.
