This is an awesome unit that can be made ready for concession as there is an Air Conditioned room in the front of the trailer with enough room to add your sink and refrigeration. Restaurant owners - use your own commissary and place this unit out front on the road to push the smoke and draw the traffic in. This unit is set up strictly for Competition BBQ.

Competition guys and gals - even though the beds were removed to make ready for concession you can add 2 bunk beds and have an air conditioned space where we cleared for storage... no hotel fees and a cool place to sit when it is 200 degrees outside at competition!
