This trailer has been meticulously maintained inside and out. The mattress has been upgraded to a 60x80 queen memory foam. The faucets have been upgraded to residential grade brushed nickel. The original knife sofa has been upgraded to a hide-a-bed sleeper sofa with memory foam topper. The knife sofa is available if desired. The Phillips brand flat screen TV was bought new in 2007. New tires in July 2009. The 60 gal. freshwater tank is a plus for dry camping. Dry weight is 6149, Hitch weight is 1017. Price includes original brand Equal-i-zer sway control hitch ($500 new). This is a great trailer.
