This mobile kitchen is a C&W custom food vending trailer built in 2007. It has a three bay sink, a separate hand washing sink, hot water heater, fresh and gray water tanks, food grade water hose, electric tongue jack, a Castle 36x30inch propane griddle, Moffat TurboFan 32 propane convection oven, ColdTech sandwich prep unit, full-size Arctic Air commercial upright freezer and refrigerator, sliding lid Arctic Air commercial chest freezer (set up for dip ice cream), heavy duty electrical system, two fire extinguishers, 6 ft CaptiveAire vent hood, and air conditioner/heating unit. The tongue is designed to carry a generator (not included), and there are two 3ft high by 6ft wide screened serving windows. As many as five or six workers can comfortably work busy events. The trailer body is 20ft long, and has a 2 inch coupler. Kitchen weighs approximately 7000-8000 pounds, and I pulled it with a 5.4Liter gas engine F-250 manual transmission truck. The unit measures 7ft high and 7ft wide inside -- plenty of room for even the tallest chefs... all you need is the food, utensils and change drawer to start. This fully self-contained unit could be used as a roadside vendor - just rent a spot on a busy road. (check for appropriate licenses and permits in your area)
