Yet the setting of this unit and the community, called Vacation Village, make you feel like you are far away in the country. Vacation Village is very quiet in the summer, when many units are vacant, but come fall/winter, there are lots of activities put on by the association as the place is usually fully occupied from December thru April with lots of northern visitors, many of whom own their units as vacation homes.

For anyone who has been to Florida, but not to Clermont, you are in for a nice surprise. While Clermont has the fantastic Florida climate everyone raves about, it is very hilly, much more so than anyplace I have ever seen in Florida. Many people have told me the terrain reminds them of California, or even parts of Europe. It is what drew us to the area. It's just so different from the rest of this very flat state. It makes going to your Clermont vacation home a real getaway!
