For sale in Summerville, South Carolina, a 1965 AC Cobra Replica, MKIII. This is a 1965 Superformance Silver Anniversary, Diamond Edition AC Cobra produced in 2005. This is not a kit car. Superformance is the only replicar company licensed by the famed Carol Shelby to produce his famous 427 AC Cobra. This car was engineered and built at their plant in South Africa and is #19 of 50 ever built. The car has just over 8,000 easy miles and is in pristine condition. It is titanium silver with a light silver stripe. The engine is a professionally built small block Ford stroker 331 with dual quads, that dyno'd at 430 hp/384 ft. lbs to torque. It has wilwood brakes, coil over shocks, all stainless tubing and chassie bolts. The frame a rectangle lader type, and is beautifully powder coated black. Trans is a tremec TKO 460 5 spd, and has a 373 rear end. Side pipes are ceramic coated with stainless heat shield. The interior is grey german leather, with leather dash and all authentic smith gauges. The car comes with a convertible top, side windows, and tonneau cover. It has a cd, am/fm 4 speaker radio.
