We have a HUGE smoker that can handle very large crowds and we have the best BBQ ever to boot! We cook pulled pork, brisket, pork steaks and chops, chickens whole and halves, leg 1/4'S and WINGS, brats, RIBS (all different styles), shrimp and beef and veggie kabobs. And some types of fish, all smoked to perfection.
