Roasted Corn Concession

We have a food concession featuring Roasted Corn. When not restricted by the event, we also offer brats, hot dogs, spicy pretzels, bottled pop and water. We can also cook turkey legs and baked potatoes.

We have a new (2008) custom built Cargo Craft concession trailer. It is 28 feet long, including the tongue. The front 14 feet is concession hut, and the back 10 feet is bare where we mounted our corn roaster. Our corn roaster is capable of roasting appx. 400 ears per hour.

We can provide our own electric power for most events utilizing a 6500 watt ultra quiet Honda generator. The noise level produced by the generator is 59 db at full load. That is approximately the noise level of a typical 2 person conversation.
