Big O's BBQ & Deli of Bonney Lake, WA specializes in gourmet BBQ sauces and smoked meats. Our meats are smoked for 12 hours and give the flavors that cannot be matched by any other food operations. We have smoked Brisket, Smoked Turkey, Ribs, Hot Wings and Beef Kosher Hot Dogs.

Big O caters does food concessions at street fairs, county fairs and private parties as well as company picnics and weddings. Call us and we will work with you to develop your menu. We also work with a local winery and can get you your wines and beer that will go well with our foods.

Our gourmet sauces are professionally bottled and is featured at all our events. We have 5 flavors, GOURMET, DA BOMB, HONEY AND SPICE, PAPAYA PINEAPPLE PUNCH and MANGO TANGO. These are all original, all natural and low in sugar.

Big O is a member of the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association and cooks in competitions too. We also sell smokers for BBQ enthusiast, patio models and competitions smokers for those who want to compete and mobile smokers for those who wish to cater.
