Cassandra's Concession is a company that operates on two sections of the beach, in Lakeforest, Illinois beach front. One operation is in a building that serves a variety of assorted ice cream, sno cones, chips, caramel corn, popcorn, candy, peanuts, nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers, water, soda, juices, etc. On the south side of the beach is a tent which serves hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, and chicken cooked on a grill with choice of beverages served to the boaters.
