Can cook two 395 lb. pigs or hogs on it at once, plus in the back compartment do a 100 lbs. of bbq chicken on it, plus used it to do other cooking sources. It has canopy 12' foot long to keep sun and rain off your carvers and cooks, has electrical outlet and lights to do night events. You will get a lot of complements about this grill on jobs because it is big and built professionally, believe me it's a one of a kind cooker. # -2 Wells Cargo enclosed 12' foot trailer, year 2009 with side door and ramp back door, bought this brand new. # -3 a 6' foot smoker mobile trailer mounted unit, you can smoke ribs, brisket, etc., or grill a hog on this unit just by changing plates. It has steel 1/4 plate for hog or change over to stainless steel mesh wire for ribs, etc., and shutting off dampers. # -4 two portable grills a 5' foot charcoal grill with adjustable grill top up and down unit, a 6' foot propane grill 8 burner unit. # -5 five single unit' stove top pot burners got 5 of these propane burners millon btu units. # -6 mobile portable 40 lb - 3 basket deep fryer propane unit this deep fryer was only used once for a big job, bought out of New Orleans from a cajun dealer. # -7 pots steaming pots, cooking pots, with lids and baskets, 80 qr, 60 qt, 2 40 qts, 20 qt, and more. # -8 food chaffing racks stainless 8 of these, wire chaffing racks 10 of these.
