We offer two different food booths depending on the event. First is our New Orleans style cuisine of red beans and rice, jambalya, and fresh beignets. Our other booth features rib tips as the main entree with mac 'n cheese, baked beans, potato salad and cole slaw. The food is great - people always ask us if we have a local restaurant!! Willing to travel anywhere.
