I have a small portable stand. Unlike most concession trailers, my unit is approximately 6 ft. square. I believe in being out in the open area so customers, especially children, can watch me make cotton candy, and tropical ice. Kids are always fascinated with my set-up. I will double the business by being out in the open. I will pay fee or most locations I pay 30% of gross. I set up at football, baseball, soccer games, high school band competitions, downtown street festivals, bar-b-que cook-offs, etc. I will set up anywhere in Tennessee. PAT L.
