I specialize in wood fired pit smoked BBQ, Carolina Pulled Pork, Memphis style Spare Ribs, Texas Beef Brisket, Hot and Sweet Sausage. We also offer Pulled, Whole or Half Chicken including Hot Wings, Turkey, Ham and Rib Eye sandwiches. Slow Smoked Beans fresh baked Cornbread and our own BBQ sauce can round out the meal! All meats are smoked "Low and Slow" on our 28 foot mobile smoker (looks like a locomotive) with only hand selected and cut Maine hardwoods. Able to travel statewide.
