Duke's Legacy Hot Dogs & Sausage - Grilled Sausage - Canon City, CO

We use two eight foot grills to cook six varieties of sausage plus 5/1 hot dogs. We dress the sandwiches with choices of marinated grilled peppers & onions, chopped fresh onions, sauerkraut, chili, cheese, coleslaw, 3 varieties of mustard, relish, katsup, and hot sauce. The business was established in 1989 by the late "Duke" Goggin. In the purchase 10/2008 we acquired a commercial New York style hot dog cart which we utilize for smaller venues. We travel with a 16 ft. trailer for our freezer, refrigerator, grills and other equipment.
