Emerald County Line is a five member modern country band based in Panama City FL. ECL plays the modern country hits from today's country top forty charts and classic country favorites in addition to some original material.

Beautiful and talented recording artist Amy Noyes is the lead singer, and she is backed by a seasoned band. Lead guitarist Randy Richard sings lead vocals on more traditional country favorites and also plays harmonica. The band also features three strong backing vocalists.
