Our crepe batter is the traditional French batter and not the powder imitations that many crepe vendors might use. Our ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality. Our menu is extensive for both sweet and savory crepes and unlike many other crepe vendors which create combinations of crepe menus with different pricing, we allow our customers to create their own crepe or they may choose a recommended specialty crepe of their choice with one set pricing. Because of our extensive crepe menu and competitive pricing, our patrons can stay busy ordering from us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.

Our handcrafted French imported mobile unit also adds to our success! People are fascinated and intrigued by the uniqueness, functionality and appearance of our unit. People like the fact that it’s something different! Lastly, once they see and taste our crepe they keep coming back for more since it’s healthy and appealing. In today’s dynamic and well educated world, people are more health conscious than they have been in the past. We come across many people who follow a diet because of health or physical appearance concerns and they are glad to have us at these special events because they can still eat!
