I own and operate a concession business that serves a variety of foods depending on our venue. We offer foods from bananas foster (over ice cream or cheesecake), CAJUN CHEESESTEAKS, fresh chowders, sausage and chicken calabrese, parmesan garlic fries, and even have sold Asian food including stir-fry, egg rolls and sushi! I am a professionally trained chef and attend all events. We will travel from York County to upper New York state. I have traveled to New Jersey to participate in chowder festivals.
