Hi. My name is Edwin Cintron. I am the owner of Giuseppe's Ritorante in Clementon N.J., est. 1974. I personally have been cooking since 1984 and I have two older sons that want to help me run this food trailer. It is a custom built 2008 model. It comes equipped with a 5 gallon coffee urn, a 6 gallon hot water for tea or chocolate, a 6 shelf food warmer, two basket deepfryer, 24" flat grill, an 8 compartment steam table (one of them is made for hotdogs), and a refrigerator with top access to make hoagies. It is very nice looking and super clean. I mainly would like to do car shows, craft shows and parades, but I will go where ever there's an event that needs my great food.
