All items are home made, most of them from scratch. I have mini and large cakes, such as the following: Fresh Strawberry cake with chunks of real strawberries in the cake and the icing, carrot cake with real carrots grated in the made from scratch batter; and covered with cream cheese icing, banana bread, banana nut bread, German chocolate cake with lots of home made icing, pecan pies, chess pies, buttermilk pies, peanut butter bars, chess cheese cakes (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla), cream cheese danish rolls. I'm going to start making fried pies this year.
