Pot Pie at the Bloomsburg Fair
Hock's Concessions is family owned and been in business since the 1950's. We have five primary stands. Our hot sausage trailer is a full setup with sausage, cheesesteaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, pierogies, and soda. Our french fry trailer, like the others, is set up for high traffic business. We use only fresh cut potatoes. We also have a sno cone trailer with popcorn, nachos, sno-cones, soft pretzels, chocolate covered bananas and strawberries. We have a pot pie stand at the Bloomsburg Fair where we make good old homemade chicken or ham pot pie. Finally, we have a full setup to do smoked turkey legs. All of the stands mentioned above are located at the Bloomsburg Fair. We do two major events during the year and are looking to expand to new locations.
