We are a small, family owned and operated, elephant ear and funnel cake business. We take extreme pride in the making of our products. We still do it the old fashion way; from scratch, start to finish, right from our concession unit. We can produce about 600 elephant ears/funnel cakes per day and guarantee a great product every single time. And no, all elephant ears are not created equal!
