We are located in Machias, Maine and are willing to travel statewide. We feature our own Italian sausage made only with the freshest ingredients. We serve our sausage sandwiches on Italian bread and add green peppers which have been sauteed in olive oil. Many people tell us it is the best sausage they have ever had. Our sausage making facility is inspected by the State of Maine for sanitation.
