Caterings and Concessions done by Lisa's Luncheonette - We are fully licensed and insured to cover any Fair, Carnival, Wedding, Private Parties, and any sporting events. For catering and concessions we can cook and prepare food fresh on site with our complete mobile kitchen. Below is a listing of our capabilities, or we can customize to your requests.
Hot Sandwiches, Subs and Other Foods:
Fried Chicken, Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwiches, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Steak & Cheese Subs, Steak & Cheese Subs, Meatball Subs, Crabcakes, Soft Shell Crab Sandwiches, Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers, 1/4 lb All Beef Hot Dogs, Fresh Cut and Regular Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Fried Mushrooms, Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks, Nachos and Cheese, Soft Pretzels, Blooming Onions
Cold Deli Sandwiches and Other Foods:
Shrimp Salad, Albacore Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese
Soups:
Homemade Md Vegetable Crab Soup, Homemade Cream of Crab Soup, Homemade Chicken Noodle, Homemade Chili, Homemade Bean & Ham
Drinks
Sodas (cans or bottles ), Gatorade, Iced Tea, Bottled Water, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate
Snacks:
Prepackaged chips, Candy, and Danishes
Breakfast Items when able to serve:
Egg, Bacon & Egg, Scrapple and Egg, Sausage and Egg Sandwiches with Cheese included, Homefries, Creamed Chipped Beef over toast, Sausage Gravy over Toast. Platters are available consisting of eggs, toast, meat, and home fries.
We try to stay within 40 to 60 miles of Annapolis, Maryland. Other Events may be considered
