I make a product called Water-Ice. This is a non-dairy/cholesterol free product that is mostly sold in the North. This product is fastly growing in the South due to Southerners traveling North and experiencing the wonderful taste of Water-Ice. This product is often described as the icecream-icy because of its cold creamy taste of ice cream and the alluring texture and colors of an icy. Water-Ice is made in many flavors (Strawberry, Lemon, Blue-Raspberry) and several others.
