We feature Texas Style BBQ Brisket (Slow Poke), Saucy Pulled Pork Sandwich, Ribs and Chicken. Our Curly Fries are fresh spun, deep fried til crispy and salted. Our Gourmet sauces are made in our kitchen and 16 ounce bottles of Sweet Georgia Red, Sweet Heat and Low Country Gold are available from the trailers. Our 27 foot mobile kitchen features an eight foot wood fired rotisserie pit, steam tables, char-grill, deep fryer and everything needed to fulfill our vast menu. We can serve 500 customers per hour through the kitchen service windows and through our 32 foot Road Show unit which serves as the commissary facility with freezers, generators and a state of the art Dolby surround sound system with projection for outdoor movies and more. The Road Show unit features a low power FM transmitter which broadcasts programmed music suitable for any event from sock-hops to rodeos. This FM radio system also has the capabilities to broadcast the audio of the movie allowing attendees to sit in their car as if at a drive-in movie. How To Start Your Own Concession Stand
