We are a start up mobile bbq company but have been perfecting our barbeque process for many years. We specialize in slow cooked tri-tip sandwiches but we also do pork loins, pork ribs and chicken. We have our own homemade rub and homemade barbeque sauce. We can cook in a variety of styles, our normal is a trailer mounted bbq with a side fire box. On that we generally cook at temperatures between 220 and 240 degrees. We can also rotisserie or grill. We have cooked for former Congressman Duncan Hunter and his son Congressman Duncan D. Hunter. We are looking for venues in San Diego County currently.
