October 13th, 2012 - The Grayson High School Girls' Lacrosse Fall Bazaar - Loganville, Georgia

7/6/2012 (Loganville, Georgia) - Our Bazaar is being held for the purpose of raising funds for the Grayson High School Girls' lacrosse teams. The Bazaar will be held at Grayson High School which is centrally located within the areas of Loganville, Grayson, Snellville, and Lawrenceville, GA. We plan to offer fun activities for kids, entertainment, a variety of booths, and food, to create a fun family atmosphere. We are primarily interested in offering hand-made craft items. However, we are accepting a select number of retail (new merchandise) vendors, children's activities (inside and outside) and food vendors. We are also looking for performers and entertainers interested in sharing or advertising their talent for a 20 minute time slot during our event.


All inside Booth spaces are 10X10. Tables and chairs are NOT included. Each booth is required to donate one (tax deductible) item from their booth/business for our raffle (Food vendors, Children's activities, and performers are exempt). We will place an information card with your donation at the raffle table. The card will include your contact information and booth number. Donation items will be collected on event day. ALL Booth vendors must submit pictures of their merchandise and/or booth after submitting an application. This is a rain or shine event. Approved applications submitted after September 7th will be charged an additional $20, and only online payments and cash will be accepted.

1 Arts and Crafts Booth- $60 and donate one item for our raffle
2 Arts and Crafts Booths- $110 and donate one item for our raffle
1 Retail (New merchandise) Booth- $70 and donate one item for our raffle (A selected number of spots are available.)
2 Retail (New merchandise) Booths- $130 and donate one item for our raffle (A selected number of spots are available.)
1 Booth for Advertising- $90 and donate one item for our raffle
(A selected number of spots are available.)

Food Vendors- $40 refundable deposit due upon application approval. Donate 15% of sales. (A selected number of spots are available.)
1 Booth-Children's Games and activities vendor INSIDE 10X10 $75
(Donation for our raffle is not required. A selected number of spots are available.)
1 Area - Children's Games and activities vendor OUTSIDE- Large items such as one inflatable- $85 (Donation for our raffle is not required. A selected number of spots are available.)

An Electrical hook-up fee for the day is $10. Available on a first come, first serve basis.

The booster club has dedicated funds just for advertising. Selected vendors will benefit from our complete Grayson Cluster of Schools exposure that will reach several thousand families. We are also advertising in newspapers - Gwinnett Citizen, Gwinnett Daily Post, Atlanta Journal and Constitution, etc. As well as advertise on several websites. In addition, we will be advertising in the Grayson, Loganville, Snellville, and Lawrenceville areas using newsletters, flyers, and signs leading up to the bazaar.
