Our product is the dessert Liege Waffle. The waffle is hand held in food paper and eaten. It has a crystalized exterior with delicious sweetened waffle interior. Pearl sugar from Belgium is the secret ingredient (+others). The waffle may also be served with ice cream, berries, chocolate, brie cheese, bacon and many other delicious combinations. One waffle is enough. They are generous in portion. The waffle with toppings is served in a paper bowl. The waffles are a special dough (not batter) that are cooked on a Belgium cast iron (50 pounds) waffle iron. The flavor is addicting and the concept of the product unique.
