We specialize in hot roasted corn on cob dipped in real butter (or not) served with over 25 spices to choose from; also we offer latino style; with mayo, fresh lime, cheese, and pico. With our commercial roaster oven we can cook and serve up to 400 ears of corn per hour. We have been in business for six years. Events include Fort Lewis Armed Forces Day and Fourth of July, Summer Festival, Steilacoom Park, Hispanic Seafair in Seattle Washington, Seafair Pirates Alki Beach, Ethnic Festival Wright Park, Tacoma, Washington, Kitsap County Fair-Silverdale, Washington, Seafair-Lake Washington, Mushroom Festival-Hawks Prairie, Washington, and new this year Corn Maze every weekend in October at Schilter Farm, exit 114, I-5.
