Komen foundation, we are dedicated to supporting education and research about causes, treatment, and the search for a cure specific to Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Our table will be feature education and awareness information, as well as, jewelry, clothing, art, etc. made by PH patients of all ages. The funds raised will directly benefit local support groups and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. www.phassociation.org. Willing to travel along the front range from Cheyenne, WY to Pueblo, CO and as far east as Sterling, CO or Holyoke, CO.
