10/21/2014 Merrillville, Indiana - We are looking to add more Vendors! John Wood Elementary PTO - Holiday Vendor Fair Registration Form. Saturday, December 6, 2014 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Location: John Wood Elementary School, 6100 E 73rd Ave, Merrillville, IN (73rd Ave. & Route 51). Space Rental Fee: $25.00** paid in advance, checks accepted. No multiple vendors, $25 pays for one 8 foot section - table rental is an additional $10.00 but, table rental is on a first come first served basis. Bring your own table covering, minimal electricity available, bring your own electric cord.
**In addition to our Space Rental Fee we are asking for a donation of a craft/vendor item of at least $20.00 - Donated item(s) should be given to the Event Coordinator or PTO Member upon check-in/arrival.
Register EARLY! - Space Rental Fee increases to $35.00 after Nov. 6th. Registration Deadline: December 1, 2014. Setup Time: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM only. Absolutely NO Breakdown prior to 3:00 p.m.
Concessions will be available for purchase. In addition to our Vendor Fair we are having Holidays Around the World during the day as well. This is a yearly event where our entire school is invited.
