Our Concession Trailer at Marquette County Fairgrounds

Food vendor offering philly cheesesteaks, Italian sausage, linguine with white clam sauce, 100% beef burgers, 100% beef franks, butterfly fries (ribbon sliced potato, like potato chip), corn on the cob, fresh squeezed lemonade shake-up's, fruit punch, iced tea, can pop, bottled water and giant freeze pops. That's my summer menu.

My winter menu is philly cheesesteaks, hot texas chili, two soups daily one cream one broth, burgers, franks, butterfly and french fries (chili fries), hot apple cider, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, can pop, bottled water.

I also do pig roasts and on-site catering. I am centrally located in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan and serve the whole UP. Will consider north of MT.Pleasant in Michigan and also Northern Wisconsin.

Will travel whole Upper Peninsula, North of Mt. Pleasant, and upper Wisconsin for event bookings.
