Concession Trailer

Specializing in authentic Cuban food, Mojo marinated pulled pork sandwiches, garlic chicken sandwiches, black beans & rice, meat empanadas, and beef tamales. We also have an assortment of novelty ice cream bars.

We have been doing this for 1 1/2 yrs now and have been very well received at all events since we sell a unique menu that no one else does. It is not your typical food for festivals and fairs.

References are available on the events that we have done. We are fully insured. Our trailer is 8 X 16 and we require 110V electrical.

We are also available for private parties, birthdays, family reunions, and business functions.
