Speckled Hen Farm handcrafts a variety of sausages from free range, naturally fed chickens. We make our sausages from breast, leg and thigh meat, without fillers or preservatives. Varieties include Hot or Sweet Italian, Tomato Basil, Chorizo Fresco and Bratwurst. We have a breakfast menu as well which features a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, a scrambler bowl, and breakfast burritos. In addition to our sausage sandwiches we also offer a grilled chicken breast served on a bed of Romaine lettuce with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. We would love to participate in your event and offer your patrons a healthier alternative to the typical "fair food." We are available for events throughout the state of Ohio.
