Stegall Enterprises. We sell at festivals, fairs, music events, craft shows, and trade shows within 500 miles of our home base of Sulphur, Louisiana. This 1992 Monterey Cobra 32 ft. motor coach MOBILE FOOD KITCHEN is fully self-contained and can be either plugged in or run off two generators.
Our concession menu includes, but is not limited to: deli sandwiches, beef hot dogs, foot long beef sausage on stick/bun, BBQ beef sandwich, pickles, 20 oz. bottled water and sodas, energy drinks, coffee, and cappuccino.
We also are able to serve breakfast items: waffles and burritos, with iced and regular coffee, milk, and orange juice.
Our 'cookable' menu items are cooked to order...that's right, when you order it, we cook it. We don't use hot lamps. We offer a safe, clean, and friendly environment. Easy order and pick up windows offer fast, satisfying service to our customers. A place where quality is reasonably priced.
