We have served at these events; Pulled Pork bbq with homemade slaw,Fried Green Tomatoes with our special dipping sauce, Fried Pickles, Shrimp, Jambalaya, Catfish, Grilled Mahi Mahi, Chicken Tenders, Luzziane meat pies, Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce and chantilly cream, homemade lemonade, homemade mint sweet tea, crab cakes remoulade, and more. I am a certified executive chef and we pay very close attention to quality and guest satisfaction. Because we are located in the Fl. Panhandle we can travel to Texas, The Carolinas, Miami and the Central States with no problem. If we list travel range at 1000 miles we may go further dependent upon event.
