Tex Ritter - Marion, MA

I was awoken very early one morning by the local police to cook breakfast for Tex and his tour bus crew. I owned a restaurant and my father made donuts at night so the P.D. came in for coffee. Tex had broken down about two in the morning and I had the honor of fixing his breakfast. He was a real great guy and it was like we were old friends. His autographed picture was the only one I've ever had given to me. I've still got the picture and that was in 1968. Roy Cook
