The Barking Pig. What is that? It all starts with the "Bark." "Bark" is the dark brown (not burnt) outside meat of barbecued pork that is sooo flavorful? AAHH perfect rib rub and slow cookin'..keeps the meat inside juicy.
What happens next? We pull the melted pork, chop it with slow cooked crust, and put it on a roll with homemade slaw (if you're a traditionalist).
The Barking Pig sells "Road Food" made from all scratch recipes. This includes (based on event type) Wet or Dry Ribs, Sausage w/Peppers & Onion, Italian Hot dogs, Coney Dogs, Chili, Jambalaya, Mac 'n Cheese, Baked Beans, Thin Crust Pizza, Fritte Fries with a huge specialty condiment bar to load up on.
