Clean and in excellent condition. Ready to be used and make you money. Has sink with water storage, built in cooler to keep items cold, propane tank, umbrella. Also comes with additional cooking utensils and supplies such as chip display racks, garbage cans, signs for the road, etc. Has tow package with lights but can also be put on the back of a pick up with the use of ramps.
