Customers can gather around our booth to watch flour and water become the finest fried dough before their very eyes. The dough is prepared from scratch. Then it is removed from the mixer and allowed to rise to double its original size. After it has risen, the dough is cut, stretched, and placed into hot oil until it turns a crispy golden color. We use only quality vegetable oil for health.
