Cape Coral, Florida - This 1999 Fleetwood Pace Arrow RV for sale is in EXCELLENT condition. Just had all new brake job done including rotors and calipers. Parking brake replaced also with seal. New batteries. New radio. Accepts MP-3, SD cards and Thumb drive. Interior spotless including rugs. Roof airs "spit ice cubes" - really cold. Refrigerator is the same way - ice cold. Generator has only 119 hours. Awning like new.

All oils just recently changed to synthetic. Motor is Chevy 454 Big block and runs perfectly. Convection microwave along with regular convection oven. Sleeps 6. Absolutely NO leaks in roof EVER!!
