Good Morning. I manage a Rock a Billy Band. I am sending information to you to see if you guys might have any events coming up that we could possibly get into. I would be very interested in getting our Rock a Billy Band booked into your events or any other Summer/Fall Events you might have planned during the year. Here is some information on the performer that I am manager for; Blair Carman and the Belleview Boys. Blair is an authentic 1950's style Honky Tonk - Rockabilly - Boogie Woogie -Piano Pumpin' - Rock & Roll in the style of such artists as Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, and Hank Williams. He sings early Elvis on the acoustic guitar, sings gospel music just out of this world. They are from Cincinnati, Ohio and Blair is a very dynamic piano player/entertainer. We are willing to travel wherever your events might be taking place.
Blair has opened for a lot of big talent, he has toured Canada and several states around the US. From finishing first in Rock a Billy Rukas competitions in Tampa, Florida, opening for a sold out crowd for the Cincinnati Reds Ballgame, opening for Three Dog Night for some 22,000 people. Including performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC., to recently performing for a big conference for the Red Hat Ladies in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He travels to Washington, DC each year to perform at the National Swing Dance Conferences, as well as the National Square Dance Conference recently held in Louisville, Kentucky. He also has performed locally for such venues as a Taste of Blue Ash in Blue Ash, Ohio, where he first saw Jerry Lee Lewis, and Fats Domino perform at an early age, and had such an influence on him; that is what he decided his career would be. He has been involved in several fund raisers as well, and gospel events for churches when asked. No event it too small or too large for Blair.
Attached is a file with some information on Blair along with the web site information you can access to hear some of his great Rock a Billy - Piano pumpin music. He sings a variety of songs and plays many instruments - all self taught. Some of these self taught talents include the drums, the violin, the acoustic and electric guitar as well as the steel guitar. He is very talented and is an incredible very humble young man. He leave his audience and fans 'breathless' in his wake of performance. We have a lot of following from Southern Indiana and middle/upper Ohio, and fan club members from these areas who would love to see the band perform in the area.
Thank you so very much for your help and time you have given us. (my e-mail @ home is not working so I am using my wife's). I look forward to hearing from you.
