Brats at a festival. How do you think that would go over?
My friend and I were bouncing different food vender ideas around for a local festival and thought brats might be a good idea. We don't really know where to start though. How does this type of food do at festival? If it would do well, how much inventory would be suggested for a festival of approximately 40,000 people? Is there a minimum price for food sales? Do you have to be an established food truck or restaurant owner? What have you had to pay for the permit to be at a festival? Other then our food, drinks, paper products, condiments, storage, cook top what we need? Any information would be helpful.
