Central California Concessions is based out of Clovis, California. Snowie Shaved Ice from our 8' Snowie trailer is our main focus and passion. Additionally, we offer mini-donuts and fresh cotton candy from our booth. We'll happily travel the entire central valley for an event, and farther if it makes financial sense. We can turn a customer every 3 SECONDS with shaved ice. So if quality and volume is what you're looking for, we're the shaved ice vendor for your event!
