Hello. My name is Zach Douglas and I am the owner/operator of Chillys Shaved Ice Co. LLC. I am fairly new to the event circuit, but I have plenty of experience in catering and food service. My Mom and I started this last year and worked the Wichita Farm and Art Market. We are totally family operated, even had our kids helping us last season. This year I am trying to fill our schedule a little more. If you have any event where you think we might be able to fit in and sell some shaved ice I would appreciate the opportunity.
